I am sending this email to bring to your notice the excellent work done by your company.All the arrangements were very well organized.The overall experience right from the initial visit to the final follows up call after we returned back to India was done superbly by Ms.Mahalakshmi.I especially admire your company in this one instance where you succeeded in reducing the airfare(in par with the old offer airfare) by talking to the higher officials of the airlines directly and passing on the benefit to us even though there was no necessity for you to do so.

Sorry for the delay I was a little bit preoccupied with my personal and officials things.Anyhow! The tour was excellent particularly your systematic and prompt responses made me very comfortable.The vehicle was nice and the driver was so friendly. Hotels are comfortable in particular the Hotel in Velankinni is nice.Pondicherry is an awesome place to visit particularly Auroville and the beach.From the bottom of my heart, I would like to have my future tours to be dealt through your services. Maybe in December. Thank you very much for everything.
