Annexure G -No Objection Certificate -Download

Annexure G is otherwise known as No Objection Certificate and the main purpose of this annexure is to obtain no objection from the Head of the Department or Office or Ministry where the applicant is employed for obtaining a passport.

Who Should Make An Annexure G  Certificate?

Any individual who works under the State or Central Government of India should enclose Annexure G along with other documents and passport application.

How to Make Annexure G Certificate?

Annexure G is issued by the concerned officer of the Administrative /Controlling authority in which the applicant is employed. The issuing authority would attest the applicant’s photo with the signature and rubber stamp partially on the photograph and on the certificate.

What Details Should Be Included?

The following details should be included in Annexure G.

  • The name of the applicant and the applicant’s father’s name
  • The applicant’s designation
  • The date of joining the service in the concerned department
  • The name of the department or office or Ministry under which the applicant is currently employed
  • The signature and contact details of the officer or authority who gives the no-objection certificate
